Start by Scheduling Your Consultation.
No matter what it is, we’ll work through your priorities, preferences, and budget. Our team of experts will complete a walk-through with you to assess your window and/or door(s) needs, take measurements, and discuss the best products for your home.
Free Estimate.
After your free, in-home consultation, we’ll provide your estimate within 2 days. From there, we’ll work with you to ensure the estimate and products fit your budget and needs. We skip the high-pressure sales pitch and focus on giving you the information you need to repair and improve your home.
Order, Delivery & Installation.
Once you’ve chosen your products, the windows and doors will be ordered from the manufacturer and after they’re assembled they will be shipped. The installation schedule is set at a time and date that works best for you, and installation is performed by our Marvin Authorized Replacement Contractor team.
We know it can be stressful inviting contractors into your home. That’s why we take extra steps to respect your home and family within the time-frame you need. We believe that quality installation is just as important as quality products.
Post-Installation Clean-Up & Follow-Up
Window removal and installation can create some noise and dust. That’s why we take special care to protect your home before, during, and after installation. Our process includes protective coverings on floors and debris cleanup inside and outside of the home. Our process also includes haul-away of all debris including old windows, trim, and treatment. Finally, our process includes final painting/staining touch-ups and a personal walk-through with you. Your walk-through includes demonstrations on how to operate all windows, and an opportunity to share in-the-moment feedback as needed.
As a final measure, all customers receive a final follow-up two weeks after installation to ensure customer satisfaction and to address any questions or concerns.
